Location: the hotel was close to all attractions and very friendly staff, the shopping center, downtown and the boardwalk next to the beach and malls. Local fast food option Pizza Pazza was 5 minutes walk away.

Enjoyed our rooms with a king size bed. The location was favourable, just walking distance from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Plus, it was adjacent to restaurants as well as all attractions and very friendly staff.

Every time in Playa del Carmen, I choose this place. Well priced and fairly clean hotel, the staff is exceptionally friendly and excellent. The location of the venue is incredible, right by In the very and the main shopping street or the beach-everything is within 5-10 minute walk and 5th Avenue, restaurants. Centro district is worth your attention. The rooms are brand-new and reasonably large with nice beds and smoke detectors. Outstanding service and the food is great.

The value for our money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was very comfortable and tidy. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but still peaceful at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast team - Elena, Fernando, and Antonio!

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering self-service instead of having to wait in line to be served.

New-fashioned, neat room with a king size bed. Marvellous location to the main shopping street or the beach in an upscale area. Besides, excellent for visiting Quinta Avenida.

The staff was all very professional. There were coffee and an iron in the room, truly enjoyed that. I had a private bathroom and a handy kitchenette.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We had a spacious room with comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave. The location was convenient, close to the beach and within walking distance of the ADO bus station and an upscale shopping area.

The hotel is conveniently located near local restaurants, making it easy to explore the culinary scene. Additionally, it is a short walk to the main shopping street as well as the beach. The room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the rooftop pool provided a relaxing space with a view of the sea.

There were occasional noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall experience.
